The ground floor offers three bedrooms, 1st with three singles,
2nd with a Queen and fold out couch and 3rd with a double and a King single.

Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with an outdoor setting and BBQ under a verandah.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and a powder room just outside.

The property is still being completed only needing front landscaping and a concreted driveway but the house is ready to come, enjoy and relax.

Kitchen has a dishwasher and new appliances.
Laundry consists of a dryer, washing machine and a 2nd toilet off to the side.
Back yard has a decent size grassed area for kids to kick a ball.
An Outdoor shower is accessible near the back garage to wash off all the sand after a day at the beach or fishing.
Private parking behind a locked gate.
Security cameras are installed around the perimeter. Outside cameras have been installed for security when property is not booked.

Pillows, Quilts and Blankets are provided. Bed Linen is provided for the single beds in the first room, Queen bed and double bed only. Any extra bedding must be provided by guest. Towels are provided for 7 guests only, should your booking be for more than 7 guests you will be required to bring extra bath towels. Towels can be found in the bathroom cupboard under vanity.

Minimal tea towels, bin liners and toilet paper is provided.

North Beach is only a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. Clear water where you can drive your car onto the sand and enjoy the beautiful beach while relaxing, swimming and taking in the view.

Under no circumstances are there allowed to be more than 9 guests, no sleeping or putting up tents in the back yard. Please try and keep sand out of beds and clean up after any cleaning of seafood. Do not place seafood in fridge unless in a tight proof bag or container.

Failure to comply with rental house rules then Stayz/Vrbo will access Damage protection bond within 14 days of checking out automatically.

PLEASE NOTE BINS ARE COLLECTED ON MONDAYS. THEY NEED TO BE TAKEN OUT PRIOR TO LEAVING, SUNDAY NIGHT OR MONDAY MORNING. PLEASE USE BIN LINERS TO THROW YOUR RUBBISH OUT INTO THE BIG BINS.
