This beautiful cottage has recently been renovated both inside and out and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Centrally located close to all of Wallaroo's best attractions this cottage is perfect for a family holiday or for a group of keen fishermen eager to enjoy some of the local fishing hotspots. Property can accommodate 6 - 8 people.

3 large bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a King Bed, Split Air conditioning, ceiling fan and 40" Wall mounted TV. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, Split Air conditioning and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has 1 Double Bed and 2 Single Beds and a ceiling fan.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer and microwave.

The lounge room has flat screen TV, DVD player and large split system air conditioner with both heating and cooling for year round comfort.

Bathroom has bath, shower and toilet. There is also a second toilet.

Laundry has washing machine and tub.

Out back there is a large deck with outdoor setting. There is also a large separate undercover BBQ area. Also the 2 lawn areas provide plenty of room for kids to play. The large full fenced driveway provides plenty of off street parking for both cars and boats. The sliding gate has a 6 metre wide opening so reversing most boats is a breeze. The gate is fully lockable. For those keen fishermen there is also a fish cleaning bay ready for those catches of a lifetime.

Strictly no smoking inside the house.

1 set of linen supplied for all beds. 1 bath towel is provided per guest. Bath mat and hand towel also provided.

Pets may be allowed outside ONLY by prior arrangement. The enclosed yard has plenty of shade / shelter. (Pets are not permitted inside the house).
